Constipation flared up again today, need ideas

Same here, Been there, it does get easier I promise. The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Cheering you on from here. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Just wanted to say, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Keep us posted!
