Constipation is brutal, what actually helped?

Sulfur burps are back with a vengeance and I'm at my wit's end. Please share anything that helped, I'll try it.

Late to this but Keep going, seriously. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. The mental side is harder than people admit.
