Coming back to this thread, The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Keep us posted!

For what it's worth, Incredible progress. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects.

That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. I learned not to lie down right after eating. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Checking in this morning, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.

Checking in this morning, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Thanks for sharing this. Everyone's different of course.

Just wanted to say, Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. You're doing amazing. Don't give up, it's worth it. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Honestly, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
