Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. How's your energy been lately. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread, Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Rooting for you. Don't give up, it's worth it. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Look how far you've come. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, That stall messed with my head too, you'll break through. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Such an inspiration honestly. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
