You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Six months in and the scale keeps moving the right way. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there.

Late to this but Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. The mental side is harder than people admit. Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it.

Adding my two cents: I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Onward!

Just wanted to say, Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there.
