Adding my two cents: I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Medication holiday — did you take a break? How did it go?
Late to this but Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. This community is the best.
