Reminder for today: stay kind, keep vendor links out

Down 24 lbs and this place has been a big part of keeping me sane, so the kindness reminder hits home. Watching people get snippy over the same questions we all asked at week one is a bummer. Glad the mods keep the vendor spam out too.

I had a gap of about ten days when my Philly pharmacy ran out and I had to transfer, and the hunger came roaring back but nothing catastrophic. Just plan ahead if you can and call around before you're down to your last dose. Congrats on the 6 lbs, that's real progress.

Only 6 lbs in myself so far but even the newbie questions I asked got patient answers here, so thanks to everyone doing that. Kindness costs nothing and it keeps people like me from lurking forever.

That ten-day gap makes sense, the appetite noise coming back is real but it does settle once you're back on track. I phone ahead a week out now since my pharmacy ran dry once and I was down to nothing. Also agree the patient answers here kept me posting instead of lurking back at 300 lbs.

Same lesson learned the hard way here in Tucson, called around mid-shortage and it saved me from a gap. Down 41 lbs on 2mg and I can vouch the appetite chatter settles once you're back in rhythm. Kindness and no vendor spam is exactly why I stuck around too.

Only 8 lbs in myself but the pharmacy call-ahead habit already saved me once, so I get why everyone here swears by it. And yeah, the friendly tone is what got me posting instead of just reading.

Calling a week ahead is the only reason my Phoenix pharmacy has had my 1mg ready every time, learned that after one scary near-miss early on. Down 53 lbs and honestly the no-drama vibe here is a big part of why I kept showing up.
