New to the forum? Here's how to navigate:

Start in Introductions — say hello and tell us where you are in your journey. The community is welcoming.

Your Journey forums are for personal progress, nutrition, and fitness discussion. Weight-Loss Logs is great for accountability.

Medications & Dosing is where the clinical discussion lives. Semaglutide vs tirzepatide comparisons, titration questions, side effect management — all here.

Sourcing & Reviews has its own rules. Reviews only in Vendor Reviews. No soliciting sources anywhere on the forum.

Regional Communities connect you with members in your area.

When in doubt, ask! Tag the moderator team and someone will respond within 24 hours.

Down 38 lbs since starting and honestly the Weight-Loss Logs section kept me accountable early on, worth doing even if posting feels awkward at first. Also second the intros tip — the welcome thread replies helped me feel less alone in week one.

#3

Same experience with the logs — posting my weekly weigh-ins got me through a stall around the 31 lb mark because people actually noticed and checked in. Wish I'd done intros sooner too.

#4

Only a few pounds down so far but posting my log from day one has already made me pay attention to patterns I would have ignored. Bookmarked the medications section too since I know titration questions are coming for me eventually.

The logs section was a lifesaver for me too during my Wegovy titration weeks — seeing the pattern of my ups and downs written out made the slower stretches way less discouraging. Down 58 lbs now and I still post weigh-ins. Regional communities are worth a look as well, found a couple of folks near Richmond through mine.

Still early on my own run, down 14 lbs, but keeping a log here has genuinely helped me spot how my appetite dips a few days after injection day. Nothing clinical in it, just patterns I noticed about myself. Reading other people's slow stretches made my own plateaus way less stressful too.

#7

Only 10 lbs in myself but the accountability angle is already clicking for me, so this rundown helps. Didn't know regional communities existed — I'll go check whether anyone from my area is posting there.

#8

Down 15 lbs myself and it was reading other people's logs that convinced me to start one — the day-to-day gets so much easier to read when it's written down somewhere. Also seconding the regional thing, found a few folks in my area already.

The log point hits home — I'm on Saxenda and writing things down is how I caught my own pattern of hunger creeping back right before my next dose. Down about 7 lbs so far, slow but steady, and reading other people's slower stretches keeps me from getting discouraged. Checking the regional section for Rochester folks too.

My energy dips the first two days after my Zepbound shot too, but it evened out once I stopped pushing hard workouts on those days. Down 43 lbs on 10mg now and the fatigue is much milder than it was early on. Keeping a log like yours helped me see the pattern clearly.

Wish I'd had a guide like this when I joined — I lurked for weeks before posting my intro, which was silly since the accountability from keeping a log is half of what got me down 22 lbs. The no-soliciting rule in sourcing is worth highlighting for anyone new, it keeps the place from getting spammy.

The appetite pattern thing tracks with what I noticed too — my worst food noise days are always right before my next dose, and seeing others post the same rhythm made me stop worrying about it. Started my own log around the 20 lb mark and it's the best accountability I've found anywhere.

Des Moines here too, so I'll probably poke around the Regional Communities section later. Good to know questions in Medications and Dosing go there instead of cluttering threads like this one.

Took me way too long to figure out the logs section was where the magic happens — I posted progress in three different forums before a mod pointed me to Weight-Loss Logs. New folks, do yourself a favor and start that thread your first week.

#15

The logging point is real — I started a log right after my intro post and checking in there is a big part of why I'm down 21 lbs. Wish I'd known about the regional sections earlier too, would've saved me some solo figuring out.

Wish I'd done a log from day one — I lurked for months and only started mine after losing the first 30, and having it written down made the rest way easier to keep going. The regional boards are underrated too, nice just to know someone local is on the same path.

#17

Wish this had existed when I joined. I'm on Saxenda myself, and I also lurked way too long before posting — six months in and down about 6 lbs now, and the regional board was how I found a couple of folks near New Orleans going through the same stuff. New people, don't lurk like I did.

#19

Louisville member here on Trulicity, and I can back up the regional board thing — the Kentucky thread is quiet but the few of us check in regularly. Also wish I'd kept a log from the start instead of reconstructing 41 lbs of history later.

Lurked for months before posting too and wish I'd jumped in sooner. The regional boards are underrated — found some South Florida folks that way and it made the whole thing feel less solo. Down 14 lbs on retatrutide and having people to compare notes with has kept me steady.
