You can now attach a photo to a new thread or a reply -- one image per post.

Photos of vials, pens, injection sites and progress pics are welcome. Please crop out faces, and don't upload prescription labels, lab results or insurance documents -- these get removed. Location data is stripped automatically, and everything is resized before it's stored.

A few details:

• Max 5 MB per image.
• JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC (the default iPhone format) all work.
• You can delete your own image at any time; mods can remove any image.

If you're a newer member and don't see the image option yet, that's expected -- it opens up once your account clears a short trust threshold. It'll show up on its own.

Nice, this will help a lot with progress pics -- I've been stalling at 58 lbs down and photos honestly kept me motivated better than the scale did. Good call on the face cropping too, that was always my hesitation about posting.

Progress pics really do hit different than the scale, I get that. Only 11 lbs in for me but I'll be curious to see what people post here.

Glad the trust threshold thing is spelled out, would've wondered why the button was missing. Photos got me through a rough patch around 30 lbs down when the scale went quiet for weeks, so this is a win.Nice, this'll make form checks and vial questions way easier than trying to describe stuff in words. I'm around the 28 lb mark myself and honestly the rare photos I took were what convinced me the scale wasn't lying during a stall. Good that HEIC works, that'd have tripped me up for sure.
