Welcome! This is a friendly community for people on semaglutide, tirzepatide and other GLP-1 medications.

A few quick ground rules:

  • Be kind and supportive.
  • Community posts are not medical advice — always consult your prescriber.
  • No sourcing requests outside the designated forums.

Glad to have you here. Jump into Introductions and say hello!

Nice to see a spot with actual moderation. Down about 7 lbs myself so far, early days but the appetite quieting down is already a game changer. Looking forward to reading what's worked for others here.

31 down here since spring and the quiet food noise still feels strange in a good way. Glad there's a spot with clear rules so the newbie questions don't get buried under sourcing drama.

Food noise faded for me somewhere around the time I moved up to 7mg, maybe a few weeks in, and it never fully came back even on rough weeks. Down 53 lbs on Rybelsus myself, slower than the injectable crowd but it counts. The clear rules here are a nice change too.

55 gone here and I still do a double take when I realize I forgot to think about food all afternoon. The folks further along posting in threads like this kept me going early on, so happy to be on that side for someone new now.

Only a couple months in myself and down 11 lbs, so threads like this are encouraging to see. The no-sourcing rule keeps things cleaner than a lot of boards I've wandered through. See you all around the introductions section.

The food noise thing is so real - that quieting down did more for me than anything else on the way to losing 31 lbs. Glad the moderation here actually has teeth, makes it easier to stick around.

The appetite quieting down was the game changer for me too - once I stopped thinking about food constantly, hitting my protein goal got way easier, which is what I credit for keeping muscle through 44 lbs lost. Glad the mods actually keep this place civil, it makes a difference.
