Dropping by the daily thread to say the scale finally caught up with all my effort, down 36 lbs and feeling like my clothes actually fit again. Curious how everyone else is doing this week, any small wins worth celebrating? Even a non-scale victory counts in my book.

Congrats on 36 down, that's huge. I'm right around 35 myself and the win for me this week was buckling an old belt on a tighter hole without even thinking about it. Funny how those little moments hit harder than the number.

Congrats on 36! I'm down 58 on tirzepatide and the disbelief never fully goes away, I still do a double take at old photos. Walks getting easy again was my favorite milestone too, enjoy that one.

36 down is awesome, congrats. Still early on Mounjaro myself with about 14 gone, but my win this week was noticing my work pants staying up without a belt for the first time in years. The non-scale stuff really does sneak up on you in the best way.

Congrats on 36, that's a big one. I'm on Saxenda and sitting around 62 down myself, and my win this week was a hike in the Kentucky hills that would've wrecked me a year ago barely left me winded. Stairs at work don't even register anymore.

36 is huge, congrats! I'm about 33 down on semaglutide and my win this week was doing a full day at the Vegas flea market in the heat without needing to sit down every ten minutes. NSVs really are the best part.

Congrats on 36, that's a big milestone. I'm around 11 down and my win this week was walking up the stairs at work without getting winded, which sounds small but felt huge. Loving reading everyone's NSVs here.

Congrats on the 36! I'm around 28 down and my win this week was buckling my seatbelt on the first click without sucking in, which honestly felt like a medal moment. Keep these check-ins coming, they're the highlight of my mornings.

Congrats on the 36! I'm down 16 on oral sema and my win this week was my winter jacket finally zipping over my stomach without a fight, which felt great even if the Detroit cold is on its way out. These check-ins are a good way to start the morning.

84 lbs down on Rybelsus here, and I still remember when 36 felt like the impossible mountain, so congrats on getting there. My win this week was crossing my legs on a barstool for the first time in years, which nobody at the bar noticed but I noticed.84 lbs down on Rybelsus here, and I still remember when 36 felt like the impossible mountain, so congrats on getting there. 36 is huge, nice work. My win this week was my ring spinning freely on my finger again, had to tighten it a notch. Down around 28 myself so these little moments keep me going.

13 down for me, and my win this week was not needing the seatbelt extender on a flight I'd been dreading for weeks. Congrats on 36, that jacket moment from reply one is exactly the kind of thing that keeps me showing up to these threads.

17 down here and my knees stopped complaining on the stairs, which felt like a bigger deal than the number. Congrats on 36, and that seatbelt one from the last reply hit me hard, I remember dreading flights too.

Only 5 down so far but my pants stopped digging into my waist when I sit, which sounds tiny until it happens. Congrats on 36, and the knee thing from the last reply is the kind of win I'm looking forward to.

46 down here and my NSV this week was that old belt finally going to the tightest hole, which felt surreal after years of letting it out instead. Congrats on 36, and leg crossing is such a good one, I remember when that came back for me.

Congrats on 36, that's a big milestone. I'm only a couple pounds in so far but my rings are already spinning around my fingers, so I'll take it as my small win this week.

8 down here and my win is that my jeans button no longer digs in when I sit, which sounds tiny until you've dealt with it all day. Rings spinning is such an early one, enjoy it.
