Honestly, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Following along, My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. You're doing amazing.

Same here, You should be really proud. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
