I've been on Ozempic for week 4 now at 0.25mg and the scale has completely stalled. Did anyone else hit a wall around here, and what got things moving again?

Same here, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. Keep us posted!

Totally agree. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Onward!

Coming back to this thread, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Everyone's different of course.

For what it's worth, Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Keep us posted! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

Late to this but Has your sleep changed at all since starting. This made my day to read. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Bone broth and electrolytes got me through the tough days. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Thanks for sharing this.
