Honestly, Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Rooting for you. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. You've got this.

Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. This community is the best.

Honestly, So proud of you. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
