Coming back to this thread, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise.

Reading this and Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work.

Totally agree. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. This community is the best.

Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Rooting for you. Rooting for you.
