Late to this but What helped you push through the plateau. Don't give up, it's worth it. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

My A1C came back normal, celebrating
My latest bloodwork came back better than it's been in years. The number on the scale is nice but this is the win that got me.
