Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Buckled an airplane seatbelt with no extender, almost cried. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. So proud of you. Strength training helped me keep muscle while losing. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
