Sulfur burps flared up today on Zepbound, help?

Ugh, woke up to those rotten egg burps for the first time in weeks and I'd almost forgotten how awful they are. Back when they hit early on I got some relief just from sipping ginger tea and eating way smaller portions, but I'm wondering what actually works for you all when they show up mid-journey like this. Is this something that tends to come and go, or once they flare do they usually stick around a while?

Mine come and go in waves -- I'll get a rough day or two and then nothing for weeks. Smaller meals and cutting back on anything greasy usually settles mine faster, and I've noticed they hit harder when I eat later at night.Mine come and go in waves too -- a couple rough days then quiet for weeks, even 24 lbs in. Mine flare worst when I eat late or anything heavy, so I keep dinner small and early when they show up. Ginger chews live in my bag now.

Mine showed up again around the 30 lb mark after a long quiet stretch, lasted maybe two days, then gone. Late heavy dinners are my trigger too, so I've been finishing eating earlier and it seems to keep them from settling in. Ginger tea never did much for me but plain water all day does.

Mine flare up randomly too, usually a day or so after a heavier dinner, then gone again. Sim meals and ginger chews got me through the worst of it early on. Sounds like yours will probably pass in a couple days like everyone else is saying.

On Wegovy 2.4 so a slightly different med, but the shot-day sulfur burps pattern sounds identical to what folks here are describing. Mine always peaked in the first day or two, and keeping portions tiny and skipping anything heavy until things settled was the only thing that helped. Down 53 lbs, so it's survivable even at the top dose.

Mine come and go too, usually a couple days after a big meal, then vanish as fast as they showed up. The pattern for me has been that a flare day is followed by quiet weeks, so I wouldn't assume this sticks around. Simulating what worked early on is still my move: tiny meals and nothing greasy until it passes.

Mine pop up out of nowhere too, usually after a late heavy dinner, and they're gone in a day or two. Down 30 lbs and I still keep a box of ginger chews around for exactly this. Fatty food is the main trigger for me, so I just go bland and small until it clears.

Mine have always been short-lived flares too, maybe two days max, then quiet until something sets them off again. Around the 38 lb mark they still show up every so often and I just go back to what worked at the start, small bland meals and ginger tea, gone by day two. Greasy late dinners are my usual culprit.

I'm down 36 lbs and mine still crash the party randomly, but they've never lasted more than a couple days. Last flare I traced back to a heavy dinner out, so now when they show up I stick to plain stuff and let my stomach catch up. If yours followed the same pattern early on, odds are good this is just a one-off too.
