For anyone considering the switch from semaglutide to tirzepatide: I made that switch at month 6 and the difference in appetite suppression is noticeable. I went from thinking about food constantly (even on sema) to genuinely not being interested. The dual GIP/GLP-1 mechanism really does seem to add something.

You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Old jeans from college fit again. Hit a number on the scale this morning I haven't seen in years. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. So glad I'm not alone in this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Coming back to this thread — Old jeans from college fit again. Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Crossed my legs for the first time in years today. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.
