Started running now that I'm 20 lbs down and it feels surreal. Any advice for easing in without hurting myself?

Adding my two cents: Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. You've got this.

Coming back to this thread, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Rooting for you.
