Just hit my first 20 lbs and I keep re-reading the scale. Thank you to this community for keeping me going through the slow weeks.

For what it's worth, Fit into a restaurant booth comfortably, small thing but huge. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Thanks for sharing this.

Just wanted to say, Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Old jeans from years ago fit again.

Late to this but Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, My sleep numbers improved at my last check. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Keep us posted!

For what it's worth, Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. This community is the best.
