NSV: bought jeans in a size I haven't worn since college

Late to this but Incredible progress. My last check-up came back looking great. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. So glad I'm not alone in this.
