Coming back to this thread, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. Onward!

Late to this but Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. So glad I'm not alone in this. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this.
