Honestly, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Same here, Has your sleep changed at all since starting. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Down 3 lbs since my last shot, slow and steady. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.
