Week 1 nausea has me questioning everything. How long did it take before it eased up for you, and what actually helped in the meantime?

Following along, I learned not to lie down right after eating. You've got this. You've got this. Everyone's different of course.

Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. You've got this.

Just wanted to say, Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents: The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. What helped you push through the plateau. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Totally agree. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. We're all in this together. Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. You've got this.
