Popping in today to say, You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, The mental side is harder than people admit. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. How's your energy been lately. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Popping in today to say, What helped you push through the plateau. Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Everyone's different of course.

Totally agree. This is huge. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. This community is the best. Everyone's different of course.
