Adding my two cents: Maintenance for three months now and holding. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but You should be really proud. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Are you tracking protein or just eating intuitively. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Stay the course. This community is the best. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Adding my two cents: Old jeans from years ago fit again. Tied my shoes without it being a whole production. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Played with my kids in the yard without getting winded. My sleep numbers improved at my last check. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
