Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. How are you finding the higher dose so far. So glad I'm not alone in this.
