Posting from Southeast Asia here, where access is spotty so I stock up whenever I visit family abroad. Down 29 lbs since starting, and the appetite quieting down was the biggest surprise for me. Good to have a spot to compare notes with folks outside the usual countries.

Checking in from the Middle East, where I also plan trips around refills since local options are hit or miss. The stock-up-when-traveling strategy is real. Down 9 lbs so far and it's slow but steady, so hearing about your 29 keeps me patient with my own pace.

Checking in from Southeast Asia where refills are a pharmacy lottery too, so I get the trip-planning thing. Food noise took maybe five or six weeks to fade for me, and once it did the 63 lb drop mostly happened on autopilot. It comes back a little some weeks, but way quieter than before.
