Totally agree. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

The sulfur burps almost made me quit, slowing down eating helped. Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Totally agree. Lost 8 lbs my first month and the food noise is gone. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
