Todays small win that made you smile

Nice, 36 down is no small thing. I hit a similar milestone last month and my jeans from two years ago finally fit again, which honestly made my whole week. Keep stacking those wins.

The two-year-old jeans moment hits different, congrats on that. I'm 28 down and finally got back into a belt I'd written off, same kind of little boost. These small ones really do carry the week.

Still early days for me at 2 pounds down, but today I noticed my favorite shirt stopped pulling across the stomach, which honestly made my morning. Love seeing these threads, the belt and jeans wins are motivating me to keep going.

Food noise took about three weeks for me to really fade, and it's made the 10 pounds gone so much easier to keep chipping away. Also love the shirt win from earlier in the thread, those little fit changes keep me going.

2 lbs felt like nothing until suddenly my shirt stopped fighting me too, so you've got real progress happening. I'm only 9 down myself but rings sliding loose was my moment like that. Fun thread, thanks for starting it.

Down 5 on Saxenda myself, slow but it counts. Biggest win lately was my jeans not digging in after a long drive, which never used to happen. Energy's been decent for me, a bit draggy some afternoons but nothing wild.

Climbing stairs used to leave me winded and now I take them without thinking, that shift snuck up on me around 25 down. The belt holes moving in were my quiet version of the shirt moment. Fun thread indeed.

Belt holes comment hits home, I bought a new belt a size smaller last month and it felt like the real milestone. Down about 37 on Trulicity myself and stairs here in Tucson are a whole different experience now, even in the heat. Congrats on the jeans win, the little stuff adds up fast.

CROSSFIT? no wait. The stairs thing got me too, I noticed it around 15 down when I hauled laundry up two flights without pausing mid-flight like I used to. Small stuff really is the fun part of this whole ride.

At 24 down I hit a similar moment when I stopped needing the handrail on the work stairs, weirdly emotional for something so dumb. Also noticed my watch band fitting on a tighter notch, that one made my whole week.

Down 60 here and it's the weird little stuff that gets me too, like crouching down to grab something off the bottom shelf without thinking twice. Love that this thread exists, it's easy to forget how far the everyday stuff has come.

Crouching at the bottom shelf is such a real one, I did that at the grocery store last week and just stood there grinning. Mine lately is buckling the seatbelt on a plane without sucking in, first time in years. Love this thread.

Mine was crossing my legs the other day and realizing it actually worked, sat there grinning like an idiot. The watch notch thing hit me a few weeks back too, that little click is weirdly satisfying.

Mine was squatting down to pet my dog without bracing on anything first, been down 50-some lbs and that one snuck up on me. Also finally moved my belt to the last hole last week. These little wins really do add up.

Mine this week was my jeans button not leaving a mark on my stomach anymore, been about 13 lbs in and suddenly the waistband is just comfortable. Also noticed I don't get winded on my one flight of stairs. These threads always make me smile.

Painting my toenails without sitting down crossed my mind this week, apparently I just squatted and went about it, then realized halfway through what was happening. Down 21 lbs and stuff like that keeps sneaking up on me too. Loving these.

Mine was wrapping a bath towel around me with room to spare, first time in years it actually overlapped. Also noticed I can cross my legs at the desk now without thinking about it. Down 81 lbs and it's the weird little stuff like that that hits hardest.

The sneaking-up-on-you stuff is so real. Mine this week was my seatbelt clicking on the first try without me sucking in, small thing but I sat there grinning about it anyway. Only 9 lbs in so I can only imagine what's coming.
