Welcome to The GLP-1 Forum! Whether you're brand new to GLP-1 medications or years into your journey, this is your home base. Here's how to get the most out of the community: 1. Introduce yourself — drop a post in the Introductions forum. Tell us your medication, where you are in your journey, and what brought you here. 2. Fill in your profile — add your starting/current/goal weight and your current dose under Edit Profile. It shows up next to your posts so others can cheer you on. 3. Read the guides: — Medications overview: /drugs — Side effects & how people manage them: /side-effects — Cost, insurance & savings: /cost — Frequently asked questions: /faq Join the recurring threads — these run every week and they're the heartbeat of the community: — Weigh-In Wednesday — weekly progress check-in — Non-Scale Victories — share the wins the scale doesn't show — Side-Effect SOS — ask for support when things get rough — Friday Celebration Station — milestones & maintenance One important reminder: everything here is peer support and personal experience, NOT medical advice. Always talk to your own prescriber about dosing and side effects. Be kind, stay supportive, and welcome aboard.

Pinning this to my brain! Wish I'd had a guide like this on day one. The profile weight tracker is a great touch — already filled mine in.

How are you handling the injection-day fatigue. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Such an inspiration honestly. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Coming back to this thread, I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Sending solidarity, this part is genuinely hard. Keep us posted!

Adding my two cents for the newbies: go slow with titration, hydrate, and read the side-effects guide before you panic over week-2 nausea. This community has answers for almost everything.

Totally agree. Blood pressure is finally in normal range. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Hang in there.

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. So glad I'm not alone in this.
