Honestly, Ugh I felt exactly the same way at that stage. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. What's your current titration schedule looking like.

I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Keep us posted!

Coming back to this thread, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, You're doing amazing. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Hang in there.

Same here, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Rooting for you. Everyone's different of course.
