Just wanted to say, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. What helped you push through the plateau. Been there, it does get easier I promise. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. Don't weigh daily, the trend line is what matters. You've got this.

Honestly, Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Walking most days alongside the meds really compounds. My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hang in there.

Late to this but How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Has your sleep changed at all since starting. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Totally agree. Look how far you've come. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. You've got this. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Late to this but I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. So glad I'm not alone in this.
