For what it's worth, Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. You've got this.

Checking in this morning, Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Rooting for you. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
