This community saved my first month on medication. I came here when I was ready to quit at week 3 and people here convinced me to push through. It's now month 5 and I'm down 38 lbs. Thank you all.

Following along — Maintenance for three months now and holding. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. The mental side is harder than people admit. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Just wanted to say, Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. Stay the course. You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Adding my two cents: How are you finding the higher dose so far. I split my routine around the shot day now and it helps. Batch-cooking high-protein meals saved my willpower. Onward!

Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. Cheering you on from here. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. This community is the best.
