Semaglutide (compounded) user. After 6 months I can report: yes the hunger suppression is real, yes the GI side effects are manageable if you go slow, yes it is absolutely worth it. Down 31 lbs.

Does anyone else stay at 0.5mg longer than the standard schedule?
Coming back to this thread, The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. How are you finding the higher dose so far. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb.
