Hit the six week mark today so I put together a fresh side-by-side photo update. The difference is honestly wild, especially around my face, and seeing the two pictures next to each other makes the hard weeks feel worth it. Curious how often others are doing photo comparisons, because I'm tempted to keep it to monthly going forward.

The non-scale stuff ends up being what sticks with you. I've dropped 66 lbs and what I remember most are moments like fitting into theater seats without that panic squeeze. Forty in six weeks is a strong stretch, glad the day-to-day ease is already showing up for you.

The yard thing hits home. I noticed it around 30 lbs down when stairs stopped being an event, and that shift in how you carry yourself through the day sneaks up on you before the mirror catches up. Congrats on 40, that pace is something.

Monthly sounds right to me, six weeks is about when the face changes really started showing in mine too. I did weekly at first and honestly most of them looked the same, so I slowed down and the bigger gaps made progress way more obvious. Your side by side must be satisfying after a grindy stretch.

77 lbs down here and the movement piece is what keeps me motivated too. I started parking at the far end of the lot on purpose once walking stopped feeling like work, and that little mental flip did more for me than any before photo. Grats on 40, week 6 is a great spot to already feel it in your joints.

Monthly made way more sense for me too once I stopped expecting anything visible in a week. I'm around 38 down at roughly the same point in the stretch, and like you the face changed before anything else did. Lighting consistency is underrated, my early pics were useless for comparing.

Monthly is what I landed on too after doing weekly ones early on and mostly just confusing myself. The face is where I noticed it first as well, around the 20 lb mark my jawline came back out of nowhere. At 48 down now and honestly the photos are the only way I can see the full distance, day to day the mirror lies.

Monthly ended up being my rhythm too after weekly comparisons just made me nitpick nothing changes in seven days. I'm six-ish months in on semaglutide and down 37 lbs, and the face was my first spot as well. Keep the same lighting and angle each time, it makes the side-by-sides hit harder.

Monthly is the only way I can do it too, weekly just made me crazy. I'm on the same shot and pace as you, around 15 down, and my face is basically the only proof so far. Same window lighting trick here, it made my week 6 comparison actually readable.

Monthly is the sweet spot for me too, weekly had me overanalyzing everything. I'm around 33 down on semaglutide and the face changes are what made my side-by-sides click, so the same light and same day each time helps a ton. Grats on six weeks, that face difference hits different.

Monthly is where I landed too, weekly just had me hunting for changes that weren't there yet. Down about 15 at the moment and the face is the only place I can really see it so far, so those side-by-sides are carrying me. Same spot by the window every time made my comparisons way easier to read.

Monthly is the right call, I learned that the hard way when I was checking daily at first. The face is always the first place it shows for me too, and 30 down now those early photos feel like a different person. Grats on making it to week six.

Monthly worked way better for me too, weekly comparisons just made me obsess over nothing. I'm down 53 lbs on Ozempic and the face is where I notice it most, so those side-by-sides are worth the wait. Keep the same lighting and you'll thank yourself later.

Monthly is the sweet spot for me too, after driving myself nuts with daily ones early on. Down 61 lbs now and it's wild how my face is the first place people notice. Consistent lighting made my comparisons way more honest once I figured that out.

Monthly is where I landed too after burning out on daily checks early on. Same lighting tip is real, I had a few comparisons that looked way more dramatic than they were just because of shadows. Face changes hit me hardest too, and at 52 down the old pics feel like someone else entirely.

I burned out on weekly ones too and switched to monthly around the same spot you're at, and it made the whole thing way less stressful. Down 76 lbs now and looking back at my early pics still feels surreal, especially the jawline. Same lighting spot in my bathroom was the best move I made for honest comparisons.

Monthly ended up being my rhythm too once I realized weekly pics just gave me anxiety over water weight. Down around 60 myself and the face was where I first saw it, mostly in the cheeks. Picking one corner of my bedroom with the same window light made the comparisons actually fair.

Monthly sounds right, I burned out on weekly ones too around week 5 and started dreading them over normal water fluctuations. Same lighting setup helped me a lot as well. My face is where my 23 lbs showed up first too, so the six week changes you're seeing track with what I noticed.
