What helped you push through the plateau. Walked up three flights of stairs and wasn't out of breath. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Late to this but Old jeans from years ago fit again. My last check-up came back looking great. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Down 55 lbs over the last year on this journey. What's your current titration schedule looking like. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

For what it's worth, We're all in this together. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size.

Reading this today and Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Keep going, seriously. Maintenance for three months now and holding. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just hit my first 20 lbs and I can't believe it. Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. What helped you push through the plateau. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
