Down 30 lbs on Zepbound and thrilled, but the sulfur burps are testing me. Did anyone find something that actually helped?

Same here, How are you handling injection-day fatigue. Going slow on titration made all the difference for side effects. So glad I'm not alone in this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and The jump to the next dose was smoother than I feared. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.

Reading this and My doctor had me hold until side effects settled. Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Onward!

Same here, Constipation was my big one, magnesium at night helped a ton. Did the nausea ease up after the first few weeks for you. Onward!

Totally agree. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Keep us posted! Everyone's different of course.
