Made a cottage cheese bowl with everything bagel seasoning this morning and it actually kept me full until well past lunch, which never used to happen. Fourteen pounds down and I finally feel like I'm finding meals that work instead of just forcing food down. What's everyone's go-to high-protein thing lately?

Nice, 14 lbs is solid progress. I've been doing a similar thing with smoked salmon on a rice cake with cream cheese, sneaky protein that doesn't feel like a chore. Everything bagel seasoning is weirdly addictive, my tub is nearly empty.

Cottage cheese with bagel seasoning has been a staple for me too, though I add cherry tomatoes and cucumber to mine. At 53 lbs down I've learned protein first is the only way I make it through the day without grazing. Been rotating in air fryer chicken meatballs lately when I need a change of pace.

Down 37 myself and I've been leaning on greek yogurt mixed with a little ranch seasoning and dipped with veggies when I get tired of the sweet stuff. The bagel seasoning trick is real, it makes boring protein taste like an actual meal. Might have to try the bowl version since savory breakfasts sit better with me.

Only 7 lbs in but cottage cheese is already carrying me too, usually blended into scrambled eggs so it doesn't taste chalky. Savory breakfasts hit different on this stuff, sweet stuff just doesn't appeal anymore. Adding the bagel seasoning to my grocery list.

Rotisserie chicken straight from the fridge has saved me more times than I can count - pick at it cold, no cooking involved. Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder stirred in is another one that goes down easy when appetite is shot. 44 lbs in and I still have days like this, so you're not doing anything wrong.

Cold rotisserie chicken was my crutch early on too, though lately I'm all about smoked salmon on a rice cake with a smear of cream cheese - sounds fancy but takes two minutes. Funny how taste shifts on this med, I went from sweet tooth to craving savory eggs every morning. That everything bagel seasoning is about to become a pantry staple at my house too.

Six lbs in and still figuring out my protein lineup, but tuna mixed with a little greek yogurt instead of mayo has been working way better than I expected. The savory shift is real for me too - used to be all about sweets, now I want salty stuff. Definitely stealing the bagel seasoning idea.

Fairlife protein shakes live in my fridge for exactly these days - 30g and I don't have to think about it. Egg bites I batch on good days also get microwaved when I can barely face food.

The sweet-to-savory flip hit me hard too, around the 30 lb mark I realized I was meal-prepping turkey meatballs instead of reaching for cookies. My current crutch is a can of chicken mixed with buffalo sauce and a bit of greek yogurt, takes zero effort on days when appetite is nowhere to be found.

#11

Down 22 lbs myself and low-appetite days are when I lean on stuff like cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning or a shredded rotisserie chicken from the store. Zero effort when I can barely think about food.

#12

Cottage cheese with bagel seasoning was my gateway too - now I stir a scoop of ranch seasoning into it and dip cucumber slices. Down about 15 on Mounjaro and it's the one snack that still sounds good even on the queasy days.

Cottage cheese bowls got me through the rough appetite stretch too, though mine was with diced tomatoes and cracked pepper instead. Down 31 lbs on compounded semaglutide and the buffalo chicken with greek yogurt trick from upthread is now a weekly staple in my Tampa kitchen, way better than the sad protein shakes I started with.

#14

The ranch seasoning dip idea is going on my grocery list, never thought of that combo. I've been living on greek yogurt with everything but the bagel myself, down 27 and it's wild how cottage cheese went from a chore to something I actually crave.

#15

Fairlife shakes got me through a lot of 56 lbs of losing, honestly - when food repulses me I can still sip one cold. Cottage cheese with everything bagel seasoning is my other lazy staple, takes thirty seconds and keeps me full way longer than it should.

#16

Only 12 lbs in myself but already noticing the same thing - food went from a battle to actually planning meals I want. I throw a soft boiled egg on my cottage cheese bowl for extra staying power, and the bagel seasoning trick works on eggs too.

#17

The soft boiled egg addition sounds like it would fix my only complaint about the bowl - I'm 13ish lbs in and usually need a snack by 3. Also here for the seasoning swap ideas, my same old combo was getting stale literally and figuratively.

#18

Congrats on 29 down, that snack-at-3 problem is real for me too. I started stirring a scoop of plain Greek yogurt into the cottage cheese for extra protein and it buys me a couple more hours, plus everything seasoning with a little smoked paprika keeps it from getting boring.

#19

Down almost 30 myself and that 3pm snack used to be my undoing too. I got into the habit of keeping a container of tuna salad made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo in the fridge, and half a cup on cucumber slices gets me to dinner without thinking about food. The smoked paprika idea is going on my list, my seasoning rotation needs help.

#20

Down 15 myself and the 3pm crash was my pattern too, until I started tossing shelled edamame with chili crisp as an afternoon stand-in. Way cheaper than protein bars and it keeps me out of the pantry until dinner. Adding everything seasoning to my next cottage cheese batch since smoked paprika is apparently already taken.
