Keep going, seriously. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Are you pairing it with any walking or strength work. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly, What helped you push through the plateau. Protein first at every meal has been my golden rule. How are you handling injection-day fatigue. So glad I'm not alone in this.
