Honestly, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Late to this but Six months in and down 41 lbs total. I learned not to lie down right after eating. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Onward! (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

For what it's worth, Hit goal weight this morning, still in shock. My last check-up came back looking great. Consistency with my injection day mattered more than the exact dose. So glad I'm not alone in this.

Same here, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. Smaller portions on shot day kept the GI stuff manageable. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Honestly by month three the side effects basically disappeared. I stayed on the starter dose an extra month and it was the right call. Ginger tea and tiny meals saved me through the early weeks. Thanks for sharing this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Did you split your dose or take it all at once. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. You've got this.
