Storage question - just got a new batch today

Switching to compounded today and want the dose conversion right. How did you approach it?

Honestly, I plan my routine around shot day now and it helps. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body.

Same here, Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up. Everyone's different of course.

Late to this but I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear.
