For what it's worth, Got off one of my blood pressure meds. Clothes are loose enough that I need a smaller size. Hang in there.

For what it's worth, Did your appetite come back at all on the higher dose. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. This community is the best. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
