Switching from brand to compounded, dose conversion?

Count me as another slow climber, just earlier in the journey. I stretched my last step way past the schedule and the swap to a new source was basically a non-event - down 10 lbs so far and in zero rush to speed things up.

Reading this thread makes me feel better about crawling. I've only just started - down a single pound - and I already extended my last step longer than planned since it felt like the right call for me. The Saturday shot crowd here clearly knows something.

Staying on a step longer than planned saved me during my own source swap too. I gave it a solid stretch before moving up and the transition was way easier than I expected. Down 41 lbs now and slow is clearly the winning approach for me.

Same experience here - I stayed on my dose an extra few weeks during a switch and barely noticed the change. Down 19 lbs taking it slow, so no regrets. Patience seems to be the pattern in this thread for a reason.

Slow and steady crew checking in from San Antonio. When I moved from brand to compounded I hung out at 2.5 for over two months before going anywhere, and the swap was basically a non-event. 62 lbs down so far, so the extra weeks at the bottom clearly didn't slow me down in the long run.

Nice that the swap turned out easier than expected. I also stretched my step way longer than planned when I changed sources, and the extra time on the lower dose made a huge difference for me. Down 32 lbs going slow, so no rush here either.

Count me in the slow club too. I sat on 7.5 way longer than planned during a move to a different source and it made the step to 10 pretty painless, down 43 lbs from Charlotte. Good to see this thread confirming patience wins.

The extra time at a lower step after switching sources seems to be the common thread here. I dragged mine out too and only had a rough few days on the bump, down 17 lbs so far. Slow really does seem to pay off.

I did the same thing when I moved from the name brand to compounded, hung out an extra several weeks before going up and never felt the bump at all. Down 62 lbs so far and I credit a lot of that to not rushing any step. Nice to see the slow pace working for everyone else here too.

Same story on my end with Zepbound, I sat at 2.5 way longer than planned and the one bump I've made barely registered. Down 35 lbs and I'm in no hurry to move up again.

Dragging out each step worked for me too -- I sat at my last dose almost two months before moving up and barely noticed the bump, down about 38 lbs so far. No plans to rush the next one either.

Compounded worked out fine for me too when I made the switch, and stretching each step longer than the schedule suggested kept the side effects basically nil. Down 44 lbs taking it slow like the rest of you. No rush on my next bump either.
