Everyone titrates differently, listen to your own body. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. The week-1 nausea was rough but it really does ease up.

What helped you push through the plateau. Meal-prepping kept me from grazing on bad days. Hang in there. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)

Honestly, I learned not to lie down right after eating. Keep us posted! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.
