You're not alone in this, so many of us have been there. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Onward! Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Reading this and How long did the food noise take to quiet down. This is huge. I keep a food and weight log to spot the trends, not the daily noise. (Not medical advice, just my own experience.)
