Plateau at current dose, bump or hold?
Cutting fatty meals the day of my shot helped the nausea. I plateaued until the dose increase kicked things back in gear. Onward!

Mid-week motivation - how are you holding up today?
Coming back to this thread, Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me. Six months in and down 41 lbs total. Hang in there.
