Update on the stall I posted about 3 weeks ago: it broke. Down 4 lbs this week after 3 weeks at the same number. Didn't change anything — just kept going. Sometimes the scale is a liar and the process is still working underneath.

Adding my two cents: How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Bumped up to the next dose this week and feeling good. Down another 1.8 lbs this week and holding steady. Thanks for sharing this.

I switched from Ozempic to Wegovy at month 4 and the main difference I noticed was the auto-injector. The pen is just much easier to use and I felt more confident with the dose delivery. Loss-wise I didn't see a dramatic change since it's the same molecule, but psychologically having a 'weight management' drug vs a 'diabetes' drug helped me stay committed. Cost-wise it evened out with my savings card.

A1C came back normal at my last check-up. Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. How's your energy been lately. You've got this. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Just wanted to say, Titrating slowly is so underrated, no rush to climb. Found my sweet spot dose and I'm not in a hurry to go higher. Finally cracked a plateau I'd been stuck on for a month. Hang in there. Everyone's different of course.

Scale didn't move but my rings fit again. How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything, but slow worked for me.
